Quebec City, Quebec September 18, 2008

A quick post of the beautiful city scenes in Quebec, Canada. This is as close as one can get to France in our new world. Quebec is celebrating their 400th year as a city, and it is no wonder they are so very proud.

The narrow streets of the waterfront and old city is a most pleasant place for an afternoon lunch at one of the many cafes. But, brush up on your Francoise before you arrive, as no one is speaking English around here.

Beautiful views, unlimited floral displays, history everywhere- this city alone could be a week's vacation. But there is no moss growing under our feet, and we are on the move south again. We should be home in a couple of days- where I should have time for some real posts. Until then, Au reviour!
